Grateful letter from a reader of the ebook
Dear Neil, I recently got your ebook "Recover from Passive Aggression" and it has been very, very helpful to me. I had previously read the Scott Wexler book and found it singularly unhelpful, as its advice was to act as a therapist. Your book, with its emphasis on keeping emotional distance and watching behavior, as well as using "I statements" in confrontations, has been so much better. While I'm not sure what future I have with my husband, I have been using the emails you send out and have found myself more able to detach. I am lying in wait while my mind wraps itself around what ails my spouse; it's difficult to take it all in. Anyway, I am writing to thank you and to let you know that your ebook is the most helpful I have found for a family member of a passive-aggressive person. I am using it daily. Finally, I know I can schedule a call with you. I look forward to it, as soon as my mind better understands what is going on. With gratitude, Terry Graves |
